Okay.. I need some tips and also just support on water intake.. this is still
a hard thing for me as I am trying to be good and not drink around a meal and
then sometimes there are not enough hours in th e day, it seems, to get in
all the water I need. Have any of you tried certain tricks to get your water
in? I was wondering if I said "you can't eat until you finished 2 large glasses
of water" or some kind of rules. I also know that this is super important
in the summer months when we are sweating more and more. Any advice from
others?
How long do you wait to start to eat after you have drank? Iknow that
different plans say different time frames... usualy anywhere from 15-45 min.
