Vitamins
Dear all,
For those of you needing vitamins, puritanspride.com is having a vitamin
sale right now (buy one, get two free) and their prices are really
reasonable. Depending on what you buy, if you spend $100 (easy for me to
do!) you get free shipping and you'll have it in your house in two days.
Their 2500 mcg sublingual B-12 is actually delicious! Very cherry tasting
and no nasty aftertaste. They also have chewable calcium citrate and
chewable adult vitamins that are tasty too. Since my last blood test, my
doctor has added iron, vitamin E and C, plus I take potassium, so it's real
easy to spend $100, but when you think about it, I'm getting $300 worth of
product and the one shopping spree lasts me a whole year! No, I don't work
for them, I just think they've got a great product and when they run this
sale, that's the time to take advantage of it.

I thought I had saved the email that someone had gotten a good deal on the
vitamins and supplements where if you bought 1 you got 2 free. Does anyone
remember where that was?
TIA

Does anyone know which vitamins I should get:
Flinestones w/iron
or with calcium?
I am not for sure which one is better

Since before surgery, I've had to take Flintstones Complete with Iron,
Calcium and Minerals. I think this covers everything. I take two every
day.

I need everyone's help on this! I had my surgery on 07/15/2003 and I am able to
take my meds whole. I tried taking them mushed (vitamins included) and gagged
even with yogart and/or jello. I cannot take the after taste and bitter taste
of the pills. I also have noticed that I can drink (in 1 sitting) a full 8 oz.
glass of milk! Is this normal in some cases??? My doctor's appointment is not
until 08/20/2003!

My surgeon recommends Vista Vitamins. You have to take a few more
than you would a multi but it covers everything. You take a few in
the AM and then again in the PM. You can go to the website. If I
remember correctly it is vistavitamins.com
Hope this helps!
