Vitamins
Ok, I have a question. My nutritionist told me to take a
multivitamin with iron, calcium and sublingual b12 or a b12 shot. I
have been taking just a regular multivitamin that you swallow,
chewable calcium, and I got a b12 shot. I have been hearing that
others are told to do other things, and Im confused. I have been
doing fine now with taking all that, I was forgetting before, I also
havent had any problem with hair loss. I am a little bit tired, but
not like I was at first, the b12 shot helped alot, which I need to
get once a month. I guess Im doing the right thing which is what I
was told, but I dont know if there is anything I can do to help even
more.
