Unfortunately when your COBRA runs out, you'll probably only be able to get
BCBS from the state where you are currently residing (although I could be
wrong, i would call and check) I think if you go straight from COBRA you don't
have to go through underwriting and qualifying, whch is a plus,but if your
coverage lapses for any amount of time, you will and it can be difficult to get
on.
