Another plateau
I am soooooo frustrated now. It seems like I spend most of the time
after wls in a plateau mode. After the last plateau, I lost 6 pounds
it seems all at once. Then nothing again, for almost two weeks now.
I was told to make sure I eat about every three hours, only a few
bites every time. I really try that, but it seems like I can only
fit it in about three times a day. I also cant get in much more than
about 30 ounces of water a day. And last but not least, everyone
keeps saying to excersize. Well, I work 6 days a week, mostly from 1-
10 every day, and I live an hour from work. So fitting in excersize
is almost impossible. It seems to me that since I barely eat
anything, I in theory should lose weight that way. I am just at a
loss here and dont know what to do. I just dont want to have gone
through this and only lose the amount of weight I have ever lost on
the countless diets I have been on. I have an idea that maybe if I
just drink protein shakes and dont worry about food at all, maybe
that will work. I am supposed to eat mainly protein and stay away
from carbs, but protein is so hard to eat, it hurts to eat, it seems
like the only thing that is easiest to eat is mashed potatoes. So if
thats all I can eat and not fit in hardly any protein, I dont see how
eating food is going to do anything. Anyone have any ideas? Do you
think the protein shakes will help? By the way, I havent ever drank
a protein shake yet, so maybe that will work, who knows.
Thanks,
Beth
